Following a few rules of trail etiquette can help maintain and preserve our trails, keeping them clean and safe for everyone.
Pets on Trails Users of City trails and pathways are
asked to kindly clean up after their pets and keep them leashed. The fine
for not cleaning up after your pet is $200 while the fine for animals not
on a leash or running at large is $50.
Littering Please do not litter the trails. Dispose
of garbage at home or at garbage containers so that we may keep
our trails and pathways beautiful for everyone to enjoy. Those found
littering will be given a summons to appear in provincial court.
Bicycle Safety The user of the road is solely responsible for risk encountered while cycling. The County of Lambton assumes no responsibility for the safe conditions of its road. The trail is not maintained during the winter season. Any maintenance is done voluntarily. Use at your own risk.
